5) We have developed an optogenetic tool to manipulate genome structure that is versatile, relatively easy and simple to apply, and that can rapidly induce long-distance chromatin loops. We show how OptoLoop can be coupled with FISH assays to obtain mechanistic, powerful single-allele information.

4) We also show a proof-of-principle application of OptoLoop by interrogating the role of long-range looping between the human telomerase gene TERT and the telomere. Out coupled RNA/DNA-FISH analysis supports a role of telomere-TERT looping for TERT regulation at the single-cell level.

3) We demonstrate that OptoLoop can drive the induction of a de novo chromatin loop between two genomically distant, repetitive DNA loci, as fast as even after 90 min of light exposure. We obtained single-cell and single-allele information by assessing contacts by DNA-FISH.

2) OptoLoop consists of a fusion between dCas9 and the light-dependent oligomerizing protein CRY2. Genome structure can be manipulated by inducing specific chromatin loops by light. dCas9 tethers the fusion protein to target sites and CRY2:CRY2 interactions stabilize the chromatin contacts

No sé si hace falta ser privilegiado para poder refugiarse. El refugio puede ser una ilusión. Para el caso, millones de argentinos que la están pasando muy mal votaron continuidad. Eso también es un refugio mental.

Lo decía en el sentido opuesto. Ganaron caminando con recesión. Con una leve mejoría se quedan 10 años. En 2017 la vara estaba alta. En 6 meses no va a pasar nada. La calle no existe más
