I'd have Savage lose at Havoc by DQ because he Kicks Too Much Ass, including holding off nWo alone w/a chair. Hogan won't put the belt up, says if Randy can't beat him at Starrcade he'll never wrestle him again. Liz tries to go back to Savage & Randy wins at Starrcade because he sees her turn coming
Having watched some 1996 recently, I think WCW vs nWo is even hotter if they just leave Piper at home with his bad hip and have Savage beat Hogan at Starrcade 96 in a non-title match and run with Hogan avoiding another match with Savage until the summer. Savage is better than Piper in every way.
I'm a creature of habit and I've begun another WCW rewatch from the night of the Scott Hall promo onward
