so for my 27th bday i would love to pay down this bill. so far i have $100! I have been dealing with chronic pain and it flares up when i work a proper day. PT is my only option right now as I cant see a rheumatologist til july. any help is appreciated 🩷

an update on my health after my follow up on autoimmune labs today! my doc said theres no obvious indication of autoimmune disease but that 1 blood test does not rule it out whatsoever. meloxicam i was put on is causing stomach irritation and not helping pain 100% so im gonna stop taking that.

slept so fucking good after PT evaluation yesterday (didnt even work out fr she just checked me out and did some trigger points). now im up eating my avocado everything bagel and having espresso w half&half from my milk whisk.. watching it rain from the kitchen window.. smiling over johnny bday..
