Mom, Anishinaabe, Clarion West alum, part of team Point Mystic. Also, I write stuff.
I started with the free version and used that for a few months. I liked it and wanted the extra features, so I now use the paid version.

I moved over earlier this year and I like it a lot. I’ve found it intuitive to use and I think they do a good job facilitating migration.

Husband and I both read broadly and eclectically and always have. But recent years have been rough (of course). Romcoms and horror have been key to our well-being, especially listening to romcom audiobooks together. Shared laughter and HEAs are an incredible coping tool.

Incidentally, Husband is reading ACOTAR now because he spent October falling in love with Abby Jimenez’s work. I told him he couldn’t read Say You’ll Remember Me (up next!) until he read at least the first two ACOTAR books so he’d get a running joke.

And then he got into the second book and he is ALL in. He just finished Chapter 12 and he is completely on board. He is ready for the FMC to get trained and kick major ass.

Also, no cutting people out — no arguing if Ghost or Turnstyle are metal or not. If the Grammy’s think they’re metal, they can cover Mr. Roger’s “It’s You I Like” or “What Do You Do with the Mad that You Feel?” or Ernie’s “Rubber Duckie” or Oscar’s “Trash.”

No, wait. “Trash” goes to Alice Cooper.

My brother’s hand-me-downs from the mid-90s (a JC Penny Arizona brand chambray shirt and a No Fear T-Shirt) and 1970s hand-me-downs from my grandfather will likely clothe me when I’m a senior citizen, head-banging to hair metal with the other seniors at UNO or whatever Gen X will do when we’re old

Such a gorgeous film.

Also grateful Alice Cooper is still out there, doing the thing. Husband and I went to see him for our anniversary. Best anniversary ever is watching a 77-year-old Alice Cooper tearing it up, guillotine and all

Generally, this website is truly a treasure trove with links to films, ebooks and audiobooks, and tons of educational resources like lectures and classes. There’s stuff here for kindergarten through high school and beyond
