I'm starting to wonder how much "the male loneliness epidemic" is just straight and bisexual women identifying low-effort, mean, and incompetent men and choosing not to date, marry, and tolerate them anymore

I upgraded to Alexa+ and her voice changed... Even when I use the one she says is closest to the old one, it sounds different. It has a different pacing and cadence. THIS IS GOING TO THROW OFF MY WHOLE WEEKEND!

Tonight’s Senate vote on the federal government shutdown should have been a time for strength.

Instead we saw capitulation and a betrayal of working Americans.

The American people need more from their leaders.

Shame on all of them. I am so tired of this dysfunctional party.
Here...they are:

1. Catherine Cortez Masto (D–Nevada)
2. Jacky Rosen (D–Nevada)
3. John Fetterman (D–Pennsylvania)
4. Dick Durbin (D–Illinois)
5. Tim Kaine (D–Virginia)
6. Maggie Hassan (D–New Hampshire)
7. Jeanne Shaheen (D–New Hampshire)
8. Angus King (I–Maine, caucuses with Democrats)

I am heartbroken. Diane Keaton was my favorite actress and I always wished I had 1/8th of her style. And my mom just adored her.

La di da, la di da…
Diane Keaton was a true Californian. She was a self-described oddball, uniquely stylish, deeply creative, funny, and an acting legend who could steal the screen in comic and dramatic roles alike. She was in a class all her own, an icon.

Nothing like going to the grocery store and getting a recall notice on your receipt for a food product you bought two weeks ago AND HAVE ALREADY EATEN because it possibly had been contaminated with listeria…

It was people waiting to buy Trader Joe’s tote bags, lol. I was strong and resisted the urge!
I got to Trader Joe’s 20 minutes before it opened because I’m new to the area and this store opens an hour later than my old one. There are now TWENTY people standing outside waiting for it to open…Crazy!!

Moving to Washington state today!

Flight is delayed two hours.
My jam-packed jumbo-sized suitcase was overweight and cost $100 in extra bag fees.

But I didn’t have to take my five devices out of my bag at the TSA checkpoint so this is the best travel experience ever!

Someone explain to me why it's illegal to give an old lady a bottle of water as she's waiting on line for hours in the sun to vote, but it's totally cool for an ultra-billionaire to bribe voters with million dollar checks in Wisconsin.

DOGE is not a govt efficiency project. Firing 1 in 4 fed employees would cut govt spending by 1%. DOGE is a political control project. Firing and terrorizing public employees is a means to weakening state regulation & strengthening a personalist presidency donmoynihan.substack.com/p/doge-misma...
