Agree very much. But I think it takes building up and organising for each trust developing their SW identity and then coming together with a stronger collective voice.

This is very true! And it’s an effort to battle against that. We’re trying to strengthen our collective voice to make change happen.

This is such a good question that our trust social work leaders were pondering yesterday. @ WLNHST were ensuring our Social Work strategy addresses the unique role SWs have in diff health settings. Short answer, you have to build it in.

I think you often find this in teams that don’t feel supported by Théo orgs so maybe it’s about providing a safe culture.
