It works as long as your teammates aren't cowards who don't capitalize on the opening you're enabling. The eternal lament of the support player is that devs never want to let you be able to hard carry a team like they allow idiot ranged DPS, caster and assassin heroes do. :V

lol, that was a troll build in LoL that worked really well if your primadonna DPS lane partner would get over themselves, just admit they're bad at CS and let you have it so you can get so tanky in teamfights that you draw all the aggro and your team murders them while you backpedal plink them. :V

With build investment, you can make even normally squishy ranged ATs pretty dang unkillable but sentinels bundle in the melee AT defensive power sets so you'll have a leg up on that front and still be able to dish some solid DPS out.

1 million is a relative drop in the bucket for state and federal level budgets, and even some large municipal ones too but I don't want to pay for that especially since I'd essentially be paying their energy and water subsidy as well if they built anywhere near me.
