You're subtracting rather than adding up. Thought the buyback was at par but was with 0.375% premium so make that USD 315m instead of USD 316m.

It's the use of the proceeds of the USD 700m (excl fees) of the new bond sale.

Yes, should be USD 614m still outstanding of the 2026 bond after the bond back. Could be paying out of reserves but would still expect Jordan to be active in Eurobond market again next year.
