Aww, thanks. I’m not sure. Probably? I don’t deal in sourdough but I always love to hear about people’s adventures. My recipe is solid for me and way easier than bagels. I just saw a recipe the other day that uses baking powder instead of eggs and I was curious. But I don’t want to mess with mine.
