While I’m glad Commissioner Tisch let Ricky Patel (Special Agent in Charge at HSI) know that she’s not happy with their raids, I’m disturbed by footage of NYPD officers clearing the way for ICE vehicles. It’s a violation of our sanctuary city law to facilitate deportations.

It’s interesting to hear how these reps speak bc some of them aren’t smooth (including booker). Since the press is humbled in front of the authoritarians this takes a different direction. More dems should do this & take the filibuster on. Otherwise the reps appear out of touch on the hill
