Bc I don't feel like it's fair to y'all to keep taking money. I already explained recently NSFW cintent is my fulltime & only income, and I've taken a hard hit. I lost over $1k in income, and over the past 5 months I've been able to recover only about $200 of that. It's enough to get by, but the amount I can save is dwindling each month. The Mastercard saga is expanding to the SFW realm. Independent media as a whole is now seen as a fraud risk and can get you debanked. I've heard stories in my personal circle of people being denied bank accounts because of their SFW art. This has greatly affected my mental health. NSFW art is the only job I've been able to keep full-time for more than a few months. The longest I've been able to keep a retail job was 3 months. I've got no family or friends that can help me. This is all I've got. And the stress of this is messing with the joy I feel in creating. Right now, what remains for Swift Spark's next 5 episodes is about half my savings. At the same time, it would keep me afloat for 13 months if I lost my other NSFW accounts. I have to make the responsible decision and choose the emergency fund over spending on a hobby. And I'll admit it. I haven't worked on the comic since September. I haven't had the energy to work on anything substantial aside from my "job" and just... mindlessly doodling in-between. I sleep too much, I eat too little. I can't justify keeping this Patreon open. Permanently closing it would remove everyone's access to the content, so I'll just keep coming back each month to re-pause the paid pledges. It'll be an archive for now. If I feel up for it, I'll share the last two things I was working on before I ... burnt out. And maybe the backlog of the comic. It's only about 5 pages. I can also share the scripts of the would-have-been episodes... it's the least I can do for taking your money in exchange for nothing the past 2 months. Thank you everyone for your faith in me. I'm sorry to let you down.

Google removes a variety of longstanding GMail features if you try to withdraw your default consent (!) to having all your content read and used by Google Gemini via "Smart Features." That's an obvious attempt to coerce consent for privacy violations. Legislatures must act to make this illegal.
