I had no clue I could create standards-aligned materials, especially as my state updated its standards six months ago. Also, the interactive videos and curated text-based materials are wonderful! I can't wait to play with them more (and share with my department).

Sounds like someone who never had a kid in daycare or has not stepped foot in a classroom for years. The number of kids who come to class sick 🤦🏻‍♀️ Classrooms (and kids) are petri dishes!

I agree! I was frustrated when my district rolled out new grading requirements that are counter to what I believe (and made me backtrack on things I was doing). Also, I would recommend ‘15 Fixes for Bad Grades’ and ‘Fair Isn’t Always Equal’ for further reading. (I added some of yours to me TBR.)
