The Conquest of (Artisanal) Bread
Does this end with an Illinois State Police Tactical Response Team enforcing an arrest warrant on this thug?

He’s not federal law enforcement in the sense of a career civil servant. This is a political appointee contributing to a messaging push. There are political fights to be won before your career specialty can be operational again

The US not only is not a signatory to The Hague Convention establishing the ICC, but during the Global War on Terror, Congress passed a law obligating the US to *invade* The Hague to retrieve any military personnel brought before the ICC

‘It is very hard to convince someone of something that their job depends on them not understanding.’ From Upton Sinclair to David Graeber, the suppression of social knowledge is key to foreclosing emancipatory possibilities

Not only are the execs unable to write a coherent sentence, but in my tech experience, I regularly get criticized for being ‘too verbose.’ These are conversations about progress on dozens of overlapping components, each with hundreds of states and versions

Thanks for that succinct summary. That’s pretty fundamental a disagreement. Mamdani won 42% of the Protestant vote and only 33% of the Catholic, so at least some NYC Lutherans seem capable of looking past this
November 13, 2025 at 2:39 AM
Do Protestants reject some of the gospels? I think Mamdani is trying to be ecumenical, since Syrah Al-Anam (verses 162-163) already covers the importance of righteous actions for Muslims

I mean, freeway driving is a lot easier and more predictable than the stop and go, mixed mode (bicycles, motorcycles, pedestrians) city driving Waymo had already been doing successfully. This is just about hi-resolution maps being extended

Make up whatever spin you want, but Kamala caved to crypto whales and made up some woke sounding lipstick about loans and cannabis to doll up that pig: theintercept.com/2024/10/21/k...
After Major Industry Donor Pops Up, Harris Makes Bizarre Proposal: Crypto for Black Men
As part of her “Opportunity Agenda for Black Men,” Kamala Harris ambiguously alluded to a “regulatory framework” for cryptocurrencies.

You have the monarchy parasitizing the public, we have insurance companies.

It can be quite the polarizing topic, even repulsive

The economist Kenneth Arrow demonstrated in the 1960s that it’s not possible to have a competitive market for healthcare, because most people can’t comparison shop, wouldn’t be able to assess trade offs of alternative providers or treatments, and may be unconscious when treatment decisions are made

What’s a Huguenot pub? Is that a yookay way of saying a place to enjoy duck confit and beajolais?

By this logic, transubstantiation is an illegal meat import. There’s never been visa-free travel between heaven and the US

Probably both a podium and a lectern. Mike Johnson is just a little guy

Is this libel against CAIR actionable? With a decent judge, Fartlow should have to declare bankruptcy due to the size of the judgement.

I’d rather focus on how the largest US based EV production capacity, massively subsidized by Uncle Sam, has been commandeered by an apartheid beneficiary. He stole the path to a $25k EV for the cybertruck, and screwed us out of high speed rail with the boring company and hyperloop propaganda

The stock price is only as high as it currently is b/c of Elon’s ability to get investors to *not* believe their eyes. And the ‘reverse force majuere’ clauses indicate the real plan is to claim it was tariffs or labor action or storms that prevented hitting the sales numbers, and he still gets paid
November 7, 2025 at 5:32 PM
Car sales is the hardest of the targets. FSD subscriptions he easily games, robots he can sell to SpaceX and other related entities. Robotaxis will end up in litigation over definitional clauses. The true hard target is the market cap, which is trading at 309x of earnings (S&P 500 is trading 30x)
November 7, 2025 at 4:30 PM
A 1/3rd increase would be larger then the entire market cap of both Toyota, the largest automaker by production volume, and BYD, the EV sales leader. Tesla is already wildly out into reality exclusion field levels of meme stock
November 7, 2025 at 4:19 PM
Given the $2 Trillion market cap requirement, this is a good place to point out $TSLA’s current market cap ($1.54T) is 5x Toyota, the largest automaker by production volume, and 10x BYD, the EV sales leader. Despite plummeting profits, stock price has entirely recovered from H1 losses
