Btw, if you're not allergic to animal wools, I'd suggest buying less acrylic sweaters bc they encourage bad textiles in fast fashion and can put microplastics in the water while washing.
All textile manufacturing will have negative environmental effects, but i believe rayon is especially toxic.

I prefer cotton as my go-to textile, nylon is my favorite durable synthetic, wool for socks, and my absolute favorite textile has to be linen. Its roughness doesn't irritate my skin, and it's just a wonderful, crisp fabric. Unfortunately it's expensive so I don't have a lot of it.

Polyester is complicated. As the only textile that really stretches, there are some things that need it, but I HATE the feel, esp tight against the skin. If I must, I prefer blends of under 40% polyester, but what can you do if you need tight and stretchy?
Also polyesters/blends can pill like crazy.

Wait, no, i actually understand/remember now. I kept things i used to wear a lot and said, "if I don't wear them in 1-2 years they go." This isn't another declutter, it's just a continuation.

Slowly, slowly I'll have the decision fatigue-less closet of my dreams.

And if anyone says, "Well, just start at the begining," I'm going to ask which pov, since it ranges from the beginning of time for the Aeons to last Tuesday(or thereabouts) for the Trailblazer, and if your answer is Cyrene I'd like you to specify which stage of memory loss.

On a related note, crocheted-around-scrap-fabric baskets are going to be huge in reducing my fabric and the shitty yarn in my collection.
I don't even know why i have fabric. I don't need/use it.
