Not all #VerticalJump programs are created equal. I spent 2 years on Overtime Athletes’ Flight System and 2 more on Elite Vertical Academy, and 3 months on Vertical Jump Protocol with little to no result. Meanwhile, 10 months of PJF’s Vert Code Elite:
