I've new wheels on my office chair. Easiest thing to change. I've gone for this single wheel design so it shouldn't clog up.

Morrisons Bold and Smoky sauce isn't. However with the addition of @lidlgb.bsky.social Chipotle paste makes a decent hybrid.

To the eagled eyed who saw my earlier post this is from Tesco not Morrisons.
Botrytis Semillon at its richest. Honeyed peaches. There's a good biting acidity that helps. Fab with Manchego.

Tonight I'm drinking #Lidl Barolo 2020 £16.69, which tbh isn't half bad. It's no great wine but everything is there. Good colour, deep red hues. Mulberry and pepper on the nose. Red fruit flavours, white pepper and plenty of tannin. Long finish.

Drinking a delightful Primitivo from Puglia. It's an Appassite 2024, which is far too young in my opinion. However, black fruit, notes of leather. Soft, but a lingering roughness. Will squirrel it away for a year.

So here is the final Xmas cake. I over cooked the top slightly so have turned it over. Will be a flat surface when it comes to decorating.

Now it cooks for 2 1/2 - 3 hours at 180°C.
Mixture tastes bloody amazing, I scraped most of it into the tins, so no licking the bowl clean!!
