Trans people, feminists and a bunch of Jewish researchers pointed out the thinly veiled repackaging of antisemitic tropes by the Heritage Foundation back 6-7 years ago but because they were deploying it in anti trans rhetoric ("trans people are well poisoning child sacrificers) noone paid attention.
Saying that supporting human rights for Palestinians is “antisemitic” encourages ACTUAL antisemitic behavior, because it tells people that Judaism is incompatible with human rights for non-Jews, WHICH IS UNTRUE.
