It's spooky season, which means it's time for the annual rewatch of Mike Flanagan series. I'll be starting with Fall of the House of Usher, because it's awesome.

Some people find Flanagan's work too "theatrical" for their tastes, but goddamn do I love what his team creates.

"What's more eye-catching is the growing percentage of people who strongly disapprove of the president, especially relative to the strong approval percentage. In January, there was just a two percentage point gap ... Today, that gap is 22 points — the largest ever for this point in a term."

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we actually had vaccines for 92 different ailments? I don't think there even ARE 92 vaccines.

BlueSky pro-tip: Enable Tree View in Thread Preferences to get a cleaner, more easy to follow reply setup than the default settings.

(It makes replies indented like you're in reddit.)

The Washington Post reported Thursday that, after watching a recorded video of a drone strike in Syria in which officials waited until the target was outside of his family’s home, Trump asked, “Why did you wait?”

Bluesky is dying and there's only one way to save it: by putting on a community theater production of the episode of Stargate SG-1 where they're all puppets.

This is a cute skweet, I just think it's funny and wanted to share it: Implies that Democrats have never done anything good, implies that Democrats are sabotaging Democratic socialists, implies that Democrats are slaves to capital, he really hit all the notes!
