In Milwaukee sidewalk paving contractors have to stamp and date their work. A couple blocks from home is a 70 year old square.

Making the nature scene.

Cold weather just makes the greens more powerful
Deep green kale leaves mixed with scallions, cabbage, red bell pepper, mushrooms and pork belly in a big glass bowl with chopsticks. Kale with "thrice-cooked" pork: kale leaves and stems sauteed with scallion and habanero, then topped with leftover twice-cooked pork.
