Merry Christmas

I have just returned from my pre work walk. When I work from home I like to go for a walk before I start work to have a moment of mindfulness before I sit in my office at home. This morning the sunrise was glorious. Perfect for setting me up for the day.

Last week I was talking with colleagues about how to manage boundaries and create balance whilst working in a stressful space. I always talk about finding and doing things that bring you joy. Joy can be found in the ordinary everyday as well as the spectacular, just look around you.
