Vibe coding is addictive.

Steve Yegge calls it out here: steve-yegge.medium.com/introducing-...

I’ve definitely experienced this myself.

Even though I’m practicing TDD, I think the “random factor” of working with a robot brings back that variable-reward dopamine feeling from pre-TDD days. 🫠
Introducing Beads: A coding agent memory system
I have been vibe coding like a madman for forty days and forty nights. It’s a long story, so I’ll summarize in these three pictures.

How are you feeling about LLM-augmented coding? Frustrated by the blanket coverage? Skeptical about the benefits? Scared of being left behind? Worried about the negative impact?

Who here has used GitHub, trunk-based development all while maintaining SOC 2 / ISO27001 / etc. compliance?

What did you use to prove that your changes had been reviewed? I'm assuming a `Co-authored-by:` trailer, which is easy to spoof, is not good enough for an auditor. But maybe I'm wrong?

Robots love consistency.

A useful pattern I've found for an IDE-based LLM (e.g. Cursor) is for "horizontal refactoring".
