Ah, interesting. I’ve often thought IV would be interesting to test clinically - could be a good way to reduce clinic time and costs.

Speed is the main difference yeah, very fast onset and then all over in 25-30mins. Dose was not super-high; I’d say maybe equivalent to 15-20mg oral. So, moderate-to-high?

That’s 2mg *intravenous*. Very different. I was a subject in those studies - it’s a solid dose, believe me.
