Bird feeder update: lately, I've had a flock of pigeons visiting below my feeder. They're way bigger than the other birbs. Too big to fit up on the perch... or so I thought...

Behold, this immense doofus. This bird spent a solid 3 minutes flapping/flopping around, to stay elevated on the feeder.

(They were under my bird feeder, snacking on all the ground seeds earlier.)

I am pleased to report that my dog nephew dressed up for Halloween. He is going as a Thanksgiving Day football player.

(No word on whether he kept the turkey on his head, or if he pawed it off right after this picture.)

Homage has new Brutus Buckeye shirts, and this one really speaks to me. Simple, effective.
