The Laken Riley Act is now law, which ”mandates the federal detention of illegal immigrants.” — DHS
Via CNBC: “We don’t want them coming back,” Trump said. “So we’re going to send them out to Guantanamo.”
No word on whether migrants detained by ICE are criminal or civil offenders.
