Even oxybates are measured by cataplexy reduction rather than cataplexy elimination. For most PWN a couple of cataplexy episodes per week would be a welcomed change.

I’ll need to look over this data, but the reduction appears comparable. A more potent molecule (e.g. ORX750) may show better results.

I always use the handrail down the stairs (cataplexy mitigation), but post squats and/or deadlift I just pull myself up the stairs.
