It would be funded by payroll tax that would be likely higher than the person is paying in trad Medicare deduction but likely be less than insurance copay and out of pocket

Medicare For All is not Medicare It is a universal single payer health, free to user at the point of service and is comprehensive to include hospital, doctor office, prescription, vision and mental health.

It does not have premiums or deductibles One version of bill has nominal office copays.
