It has migrated into my personal life, tho.

My therapist partner says that could be a barrier to being mindful and present - maybe there should be a balance between having a plan and just going with the flow. 🤷‍♀️

One of my conversations at AMA centered around being “clear, not clever.”

If you want people to understand what you need or what you’re offering, aim for clarity. Clarity always wins.

The OrangeTheory treadmills hit differently - they have one touch speeds and are bouncy! I can’t do a regular treads because they feel like I’m running on concrete, and, yes, trying to figure out speed/incline is like specialized training. 🤷‍♀️

Me! I ran my first and final half marathon last year. Sticking to 5 and 10k’s. Also, I love my daily treadmills at OrangeTheory - they’re so nice on the knees.

I feel higher ed HR has a different perspective of market realities (or a lack of them) than the hiring managers. IMHO, of course.
