“Google it” used to mean a magical power to comb through the world’s databases and sites in an instant. Now it means plunging into a sty of sponsored crap and nonsensical AI results.

I continue to be deeply moved by this statement to the heavens by President Carter.

Wow, I never knew he said this.

Jimmy Carter was ahead of his time—a man of unmatched kindness and integrity. Truly, he was too good for us.

Having now fully swapped to the AMD machine I am amazed at how much that bad Intel 14th gen was impacting everything. No more hanging when starting every program, no more audio errors with zapping noises, no more random crashes or bsods.

Not going back.

Everyone is asking about "What are the best things of the year?" or "Who is the best person of 2024?"

The winner is you.
If you did anything this year worthy of merit
If you made something that someone enjoyed
If you did something that taught someone something valuable
You won 2024.

this kind of obviously biased headline is so frustrating when MSM is fighting for credibility

1) New Year’s Honours list is nominated by public not by political leaders

2) Khan has won three elections so the average Londoner clearly doesn’t think he’s a failure
