The only thing I got at Tower Records was this Cats LP - when I saw it I gasped loud enough that Lauren heard me from the other side of the store.

A historical wrong, finally made right.
Jared and I being presented the award for Best Sound Design for the Portland 48 Hour Film Project. Our team posing with our many awards, including audience favorite and best in show My award certificate which wrong names our film “Hell Has No Fury Like a Sister’s Corn” when it should read “Hell HATH No Fury Like A Sister’s Corn” - and the little trophy they gave out which is a miniature golden corn cob.

His favorite activities are sitting by an open window, playing with ping pong balls, and beating up his older brother.

He can be a damn menace but he’s also very sweet. Every day Lauren and I point to the backyard and say “remember when he was out there?” I’m very happy we brought him inside.

Ozzy quite likes life indoors, he enjoys the fancy hand-delivered meals, the chronic lounging. He’s very chatty, always greeting us with chirp when we approach. At night sleeps at the foot of our bed or up in the windowsill above our heads. When he notices I’m awake in the morning he chirps at me.

When we brought Ozzy into our house we had to put up a notice on the counties website - after 6 months if no one claimed him he’d become ours. Well I just realized that we passed those 6 months last week, Oswald is officially our cat!
Oswald the cat back in March when we still called him Outside Cat, laying on one of our patio chairs. Oswald the cat, now brought inside after getting injured in a street fight, sitting by a window. Not yet neutered at this point so he still has his big tomcat cheeks that I loved so much. Oswald the cat and Sindri the cat laying on our couch together. Sindri is tucked into himself like a little grey croissant, Ozzy is looking up into camera with his beautiful blue eyes. Don’t let this picture fool you, their relationship is hardly ever so agreeable. Oswald the cat, sleeping on a chair - one paw draped over his face.
