New animation film festival announced: Aichi Nagoya International Animation Film Festival (ANIAFF). Starts this year in Nagoya from Dec 12-17. Same organizers as Niigata (who seem to have stepped down from that festival). Similar focus on full-length (well, 40+ minute) films.
