This will be my first Sakura Wars game :)
No idea if it's a new installment or a reboot, but I do know that the 2019 game is no longer a Tactical RPG (1-5) like Fire Emblem, but rather an action RPG, although it still retains the VN and battle simulation genre.

It's crazy, I recently replayed Tales of Destiny (original version and remake) it's amazing how the PS2 remake is very pleasant to do with real improvements like the combat engine, the skits and the visuals (and also a little bit the writing) while the PS1 game I find it very average in some places

I will never understand the praise for this bad anime and how it got anime of the year (the Crunchyroll Awards are bullshit) bc they only saw it once without questioning its true "quality"
It took me a while to figure out why I had a bitter taste from start to finish to realize that it sucks

Unfortunately, this is what Edgerunners does not do because it does not even treat its cast as real characters (apart from Maine and a little Lucy)
