Crockett’s not just a “younger option.” She’s a civil rights attorney, current Vice Ranking Member & she’s already torching GOP disinfo on live TV, podcasts & social.

Lynch says the job “won’t be run in the press.” - Sir… have you seen Oversight?

Give the gavel to the one already doing the job!

Our director & choreographer Aubrey Fink brought this show to life in the most beautiful way possible. We had all kids from ages 8-18 and almost all of the orchestra was student musicians. And it was spectacular. It’s Stephen Schwartz’s masterpiece.

And my final one - one I want to do again more than anything with very specific circumstances and team members - “Children of Eden: the Symphonic Version”.

I got to conduct the first fully amateur production of this with an orchestra of 31 and a cast of 82 back in 2015. It was life changing.

Others I’d do again in a freaking heartbeat:

- Spring Awakening
- Shrek
- Sweeney Todd
- Light in the Piazza
- Beauty & the Beast
- Footloose
- The Last 5 Years
- Parade

So many more.

- The Secret Garden (Lucy Simon & Marsha Norman)

One of the most romantic, sweeping scores I’ve heard. Just listen to “Lucy’s Eyes” and tell me you don’t swoon. One of Bill Brohn’s masterpieces of orchestration. Would love to do this again - with a BIG orchestra.

- Superhero (Tom Kitt & John Logan)

A little known smaller show with an incredible score, a really beautiful story, and your classic Tom Kitt crazy piano parts that I just want to sink my teeth into. Look up “Superman Is Dead” and “Superhero” (last two tracks) - you’ll be glad you did.

- Ragtime (Stephen Flaherty & Lynn Ahrens)

One of the best scores of all time. A tour de force of songwriting and storytelling. A wildly challenging key 1 part that I’ve played 4 times now. I conducted this with a full orchestra and I’ve only twice ever had such a transformative time in the podium.

- The Last Ship (Sting)

I saw this on Broadway with Sting in it. It’s Celtic folk/pop music - fiddles and whistles and mandolins and everything I love. The music is absolutely stunning - from the barn burning uptempo reels to the gorgeous dreamy ballads. This show is such a treat to listen to.

- Jagged Little Pill (Alanis Morissette)

I saw the ART out of town tryout of this and it left me reeling for days. The storytelling, the original choreography, the arrangements by Tom Kitt and the new songs…wow. This show was a gut punch. And I loved every second of it. Again, so much fun to play.
