According to an access-to-information request obtained and shared by activist Matt Barter, the province’s Department of Health and Community Services paid Deloitte Management Services LP $1,598,485 for the plan.

The report cost the province nearly $1.6 million, according to documents obtained through an access to information request and published on blogger Matt Barter’s website.

This is the 2nd time a major government report from Deloitte has been found to contain errors likely generated by AI.

UPDATE: The provincial gov. says it has "directed Deloitte to confirm the accuracy of the citations and literature review” and that Deloitte "stands by its conclusions and findings” in the Health Human Resources Report, which cost the province $1.6 million. #nlpoli
