After an already late night playing Blue Prince, I had a quick look for Pacific Rim & accidentally watched it until 4am. I am no longer well rested.
I *love* #PacificRim, one of my all time movie favourites. Big, dumb, stupid, - utterly, 𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘭𝘺 EPIC🥰
Also the most Lovecraftian of Lovecraft movies🙂

After an already late night playing Blue Prince, I had a quick look for Pacific Rim & accidentally watched it until 4am. I am no longer well rested.

It wouldn't take much to do a PC version, actually. None of the underlying *mechanics* are complex. I'm doing 2D stuff in the Godot engine now, but converting/expanding it could be a decent exercise to learn the 3D side of the engine. Plus much needed polish - there's lots of simple stuff like this😅

Yeah... It didn't get a lot better for the chimp, unfortunately. Turns out this was more interesting than just giving him ears and doing what I originally planned.

Coincidentally I made this when Amazon did the remake. Sweep's always had that undercurrent to him, hasn't he? Like you know you could be just 5 seconds away from bloody carnage every time he's onscreen👀

Art & Illustration is my 2nd cat so there's at least 1 other😅 I didn't particularly WANT to choose it mind you. There's just an absolute dearth of gaming / game making interest categories there, and it vaguely fit some of the 3D stuff I do.

Safely home now, and she's taking it out on the baby spider plant. Although I think she's mostly making a point of being on the kitchen table when she knows perfectly well she's not allowed on there😅

Prodded and sampled and syringe phials sent for examinings, but the vet thinks lumpy Jynx is fine. I'm just waiting in the recovery room now as my wallet comes round from the shock☺️
