I am surprised by the upward trend for the Penguins given recent losses. Is that because the model is slower to take earlier results into account?

This feels like another bad downstream consequence of the MTA barely expanding the subway in the last eighty years. The expectation should be that everywhere in NYC is either near a subway already or that it will be soon!
