Great way to start the year in math!
Launching counting collections in a 3rd grade classroom, we started with choral counting by 10s. Then, students worked with partners to organize and count a collection. Snap photos and use them as image talks with your mathematicians. #iteachmath #mathsky #edusky

Meta-analysis shows no evidence of teachers' growth mindset being related student achievement. I do wonder if it might be for struggling students (i.e., akin to the mindset-plus-supportive-context hypothesis), but more research needed to explore that idea. #PsychSciSky #AcademicSky #EduSky
