This study identify factors behind prolonged donor human milk (DHM) usage at Vietnam’s first human milk bank. DHM is used briefly to bridge nutritional gaps and transition to mothers’ breastmilk, but low birthweight, preterm births and cesarean births are linked to prolonged use. shorturl.at/aK19E
