With that said I'm still very unsure as I'm writing this, it is still a "shooter" in the sense where you have to aim and click, so I apologise for not understanding the scope of your dexterity issues

There is a "Story" difficulty that removes any risk that combat brings, and the anniversary update has added many settings to make the game way easier and more accessible. Quick turn, button tapping to single tap, and if you play on PS5 it even added gyroscopic aiming

It's not an RPG but I will never pass up on an opportunity to recommend Alan Wake 2. Horror, crazy good story, insanely well written, music is phenomenal, everyone should play through the game at least once.
