Im wondering if more people have the 'hide' setting for 'spam' turned on, and its counting art reposts as spam. Cause Ive been noticing that lately too

for sure, like the trauma doesn't need to be a prerequisite for being allowed to enjoy that kinda art either. I don't begrudge anyone for being into it, as long as any IRL individuals involved are adult and consenting. And that should be the only thing that matters, if any actual harm is occurring

yet you're the same ones who will be yelled at "you're gross, get help!" when literally coping and reprocessing those traumas through art *is* the "help", often prescribed directly by mental health professionals!

Yeah this is what I feel too. Just fucking tired. Art is (imo) all about connection and sharing experiences and emotions with others. Its so frustrating when shit constantly keeps getting in the way of that. Just let us cook -_-

We screamed so loud about it. We begged people to pay attention, to fight for us, to see how we were just the first domino that was holding all the others up. And the worst part is, I don't feel any satisfaction from saying "We told you so". Because unlike some, I dont get enjoyment from suffering
