We started Myatt & Co five years ago and the goal was to provide ongoing, conversational professional learning during the lockdowns.
There were 50 recordings and 20 contributors when we started.
Now, there are over 500 resources from over 200 contributors.

This is understandable, because the public exams at the end of KS4 and KS5 have big implications for students and for schools. So it’s natural that the focus is there.

There are always examples of great practice, but for the most part, KS3 has had less attention than other key stages....

I think it’s important to think about beauty when we are evaluating resources we use for teaching.
This isn’t about taste, it’s about value.
Our pupils deserve the best.
