Reform hold a press conference every Monday, for which they trail a policy announcement in that morning’s papers. Given Monday is a slow news day, that often means they lead the papers – and so the breakfast shows, and so they set the agenda for the week.

It’s a good trick, but easy to counter!

If I’m being honest, I’m feeling pretty crap about my small business.

It’s so bloody difficult at the moment with rising costs, US tariffs, Brexit nonsense and the threat of AI.

Please have a look at what I do and repost to spread the word gailmyerscough.co.uk

What do we think?🤔

Hmm…. A Daily Mail headline so clearly designed to make you furious.

Being shared by salivating Tory MPs who love a good rage farming story!

So, what’s going on here?

Let’s take a look!👀

Check this out, it’s a chart of America blindfolding itself
I suspect someone may have already done this... I took the current NASA Earth fleet chart of operating and planned Earth observing missions and crossed out those recommended for cancellation in the President's budget request. It's disturbing.

I have been very disappointed, although not really surprised, to see commentators attempt to blame renewables for yesterday's blackout in Spain and Portugal. Let me explain what they've said and why it is wrong. /1

National disgrace: A quarter of UK households with children under four don't have enough food.

Result of neverending austerity, real wage cuts, two child benefit cap

Stunts physical/mental development. Deprived children up to 7cm shorter than European counterparts.

Lots of maize is grown across large areas of top quality farm land in East Anglia, much of it on peat (thus with carbon emissions), destined for anaerobic digesters to produce renewable electricity. More power is produced per hectare from solar panels, so a more efficient use of land for electricity
The solar gold rush:

"Norfolk is at the centre of a heated national debate over renewable energy, with five proposed solar farms threatening to engulf 17,000 acres of the county’s arable countryside."

Threatening food security, or enhancing energy security, or both?
