Town Planner and Geographer (MRTPI)
I used to work at NASA - planning IS harder than rocket science.
We can do better.
So by Jan 2027 the ballroom will be an unbuilt mess with a line of contractors who haven't been paid - cause that's the Trump legacy/way of doing business?

And in 1000s resident objections only twice I saw something worth following up. Obvs consultee and agent letters always considered in detail. It's the residents letters always same (yes, we know your dog loves to crap there, yes we know you don't know anyone who needs a home ...)

Awww. Back in old days was photocopy objection letter with addresses and signature hand written. More than once had a load come through, clearly an old dears Xmas card list; Alphabetical, all over (inc NZ etc). I'm sure the old dears' friends wld agree to object, but it's never a numbers game

I will comment: Renters Rights Act is huge achievement and should be celebrated.

Landlords ❤︎ house price inflation & are wretched reallocation of money. Esp Housing Benefit (public money) going to PRS.

Defending landlord class does not encourage labour base & landlords ain't votin labour anyway

But Trump doesn't even know who he's pardoning, so who are the people making the decision or putting that pardon before him. Genuine Q as I don't understand who really is in charge.

It was so dry this summer the grass did not grow and lawn not mowed from 1 June to Sept.
Now its so warm and wet I mowed twice in Oct and it's currently getting very very long (garden thermometer currently reading 17)
Might Climate Change give rise to #NoMowDecember
