Today, our General Secretary, @maryameslamdoust.bsky.social, was in parliament with MPs, peers, trade unions, business representatives, & the Institute for Customer Service to discuss the #ServiceWithRespect campaign. Time to stop the abuse of public-facing workers & keep transport workers safe! 💪
