Ex Med Physics then Biochemist then NHS (again) then other things (nothing dodgy, obviously)

Currently a bit worried about the nice people who have to live in the USA with a complete idiot for a president.

Hablo español 🇪🇸 y un peu français. 🇫🇷 oh and 🏳️‍🌈
Whilst (trying 🙄) to collate some old photos I came across this image. Taken circa 2005/6, in Málaga train station, when I was commuting to work. The message, from central government, is “immigration is a good thing & benefits us all”.

Why can’t we have grown up governments here in the UK?

Maybe get a friendly young mousey to help you out? Maybe rather limited with ortho cases but fab for airway management…apparently.

Would have normally gone to Marks and Spencer’s today. But…did this instead. I’m sick of far right media companies.

The really good news is that we all thought AI would steal our jobs…but no! Turns out it’s mice. The little fellas are being trained up for 14 hour shifts in A&E.

Who’d a thunk it?

Sorry for my late reply. Something went amiss with either Bluesky/ WiFi last night 🤷🏻‍♂️

So pleased you managed a lie in & managed some domestic stuff too.

Good news about your hand.

All ok here…dog & cat sitting for neighbours at the moment. Despite being more a ‘dog’ person, the cats are lovely.

It’s great to have wildlife close to the house. We’re fortunate here as we have open fields around the house. We have a variety of visitors…a family of deer we glimpse at breakfast. We also have the regulars too…🙄

Not sure these photos show the true colour…but…ya get an idea. I wanted an aqua green…a bit like your lovely kitchen?

The upside was the very cute, very macho tiler left some of his clothes behind. Try them on? Me? 😏

There’s a lot going on here that concerns me. Obviously, your personal safety is my overriding priority, but I’m slightly worried about the car too.
My other half broke his humerus (see film) when a stepladder collapsed underneath him. I was finishing my dissertation & I didn’t need the distraction.

Choose 20 books that have stayed with you or influenced you.
One book a day for 20 days, in no particular order. No explanations, no reviews, just covers.
Day 3.

I did art this afternoon! Now, I feel I should explain I’m THE least creative/artistic person you’ll ever encounter.

For my birthday, my dear (hideously artistic) other half bought me 6 ceramic/pottery lessons. I was absolutely petrified, but I really enjoyed it. Back next week to glaze my boat!
