This change would bring the UK in line with international best practices, helping protect patients. We're urging the UK government and other parties to back it.

If we want patients to feel held & safe, then NHS workers also need to feel held & safe. These things are totally related. What we have now is overwhelm & anxiety spreading through our services. We need to think systemically... to see the relationship between cared-for workers & cared-for patients.

Take a moment to think about your plans for today, tomorrow, or even the next week. Be gentle with yourself - you don’t have to do it all.
