Spending half my day filling out forms on yet another CV platform mandated by a particular funding agency. Can't we just export/import a simple XML/JSON from one platform into another?

This is considered state-of-the-art cycling infrastructure at the Côte d'Azur (🇫🇷). The cycling path just ends and merges with a pedestrian lane. You're expected to zigzag between the black poles to complete the merge.

No Microsoft Word, I don't think that "Slikeennines" is "More concise language that would be clearer for your reader". I'll stick with "Southern Apennines" for now.

Guys if I end up blocking any one of you, it would probably just be me trying to get a perfect sequence of sixes. This post is #66 by the way so I only need a few more followers to get there, and you'll see no more posts from me until that happens.

What's happening in Chile? The ABYSS team is on-site to install 3 long-range DAS interrogators to monitor up to 450 km (!) of the Chilean subduction zone. Terabytes of submarine seismic and acoustic data will soon be streamed live to the Géoazur servers.
