Another way politicians get rich is to donate all the "unused" campaign donations to something like a "think tank" and then they become a highly paid "Consultant" to that entity draining the funds over a few years. That is why you get so many donation requests right up to the day of an election.

The courts have no power to enforce their edicts. If law enforcement at any level is refusing to help enforce them, then they are useless. The courts need an enforcement are that has enough teeth to enforce it's edicts but nothing more than that.

False flag? An excuse to step up his illegitimate use of our military.

No issues at all. Just good conversation without outside entertainment. Football is the least of our concern. Talk about stoking corporate America! My wife loves the shopping and preparation. This year she has the help of our 13 yo grandaughter and it is all fun. It is much more than just the feast.

Exactly the right way to do it! Skip the religion and the commercialism. Hope yours was great.

That would depend on who you are gathering with. We have all like minded people and enjoy great conversation. TV is not allowed to be turned on.

If you just focus on gathering with friends and family with a dinner made from local fixings, you don't have to make corporate America any wealthier.

Thanksgiving is my favorite. It doesn't have to be religious. Just family and good friends enjoying an over the top meal! Also, the weather this time of year (in New England) is my favorite. Crisp temperatures and low humidity.

This is an interesting painting not only because of the artists obvious talent but because there is an electric light depicted. Electric lights did not become common until the early 20th century. So this artist included a very modern feature in his work!

Holland is only a portion of the Netherlands. It is also the area of the greatest population density in the Netherlands. And despite the two names, the people are Dutch. Go figure.

I think you are talking about piezo electronics. That has been around for a long time but hasn't been economically viable....yet. Efficient turbines mounted along the roof line could create more energy than the drag diminishes. We have the technology!

By selling more cars that had significantly increased range.

I have been saying this for years. Cylindrical turbines mounted along the roof line could easily generate more energy than lost by the minimal increase in drag. Auto ind. needs to talk to the Aviation Ind. and learn how to do it.

Good idea for a city but us rural folks still need vehicles.

More like an ice weekend! The good kind of ice that is.

The only thing I will ever agree with Roger Stone on was that Lyndon Johnson had a hand in the assassination. Hate to recommend giving him money but his book "The Man Who Killed Kennedy" makes the case rather well. Johnson had every to gain from JFK's death. John and Robert were real leaders.

Can't I get any privacy?! I guess I will have to put up curtains.
