I just wrapped up my first 20km. It was rather wet and windy, but the skies cleared as the sun rose. My first stop Annen in Drenthe. Home to some 3600 people, it boasts the largest grass brink, or village square in Europe (and there's also dolmen inside the village)!

Let's see where I would make my stops if I really did bike from my home to Berlin (and let's take the Brandenburger Tor as an easy and familiar destination) over the next fourteen days.

There are clear security camera images of the robbery, in which the thieves used explosives to force open the museum entrance, and a burnt-out car was found not far from Assen, which is possibly linked to the robbery.

Hopefully these are enough to find the perpetrators and return to items intact.
