Jewish friends, yes it's frustrating to we see Christians make a overture of interfaith goodwill that slightly misses the mark. But remember to be kind and grateful, and that not all sins need justice.

Remember:

"Every good marriage needs a deaf ear." - RBG's mother in law

Leviticus 19:33-34

We can't have peace on earth if we have to nitpick every imperfect message of peace and goodwill to all.

RBG's mother in law said "In every good marriage it helps to be a little deaf.

Also the Torah has something to say about this:

The Head Minister, Donna Schaper, was married to a Jew and her kids chose Judaism (she's spoken about it a bunch). She'd often say recite Psalm 19:14 which was often said at my childhood shul. They were also very social justice focused and God optional, like my childhood shul. 13/x

A show that needs to be rebooted is SLIDERS: Whizkid can travel the multiverse with a remote control. Because of an accident he, his bestie, his prof, and a rando have to travel from Earth to Earth trying to get back to thiers. Infinite worlds, infinite possibilities.

Where's the AI app that can take a photo of your bookshelf, and show you how to organize it by color, height, genre, theme, etc. You can search the app for where the book is on the shelf. If the bookshelf gets messy take a new pic and it'll tell you how to reorder it. I would pay for this.

These efforts work beyond exposure and understanding. They address the root cause of extremism: the lack of meaning and community. @eladn.bsky.social explains it beautifully, "Inner fulfilment and communal connection are the solutions to hate."
