Strange, oddly comforting, dream memory last night of watching Murder She Wrote on the TV as a teen, sitting with my mother, eating Vienetta icecream, whilst dad was out playing cards at a Dutch club.

With legislation in Australia banning mobile phones for refugees, cancelling bills bringing wealth balance, and yet passing stupid social media bills… this Christmas public art on display in my city felt very apt - perhaps we all sit in a privileged prison of our own hubris, complete with a bow.

Shout out to the #slowrise dough magicians at Hearth Breads, Blackwood in #southaustralia - such great products. Recommend the Ethiopia loaf and the delicious scroll and coffee :)

So, we all need a bit of Australian #echidna in our lives, right?! Monotremes are such fascinating creatures - and #australia has many interesting animals other than kanagaroos and koalas ❤️ in #adelaide, South Australia.
